What Happens If the Recipient Isn’t Home?
We understand life can be busy and sometimes recipients are not available at the time of delivery. Here’s our process if no one is home when your flowers arrive:
- Our driver will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe and sheltered spot, such as with a neighbour or in a porch (weather permitting).
- A delivery note will be left at the address to inform the recipient of the location of their flowers.
- If a secure spot cannot be found, we will return the flowers to our shop and arrange a convenient redelivery with the recipient directly.
